How long does my package(s) take to reach me?

 

Delivery categories are not inclusive from the day you make payment for your order BUT after My-tp3's receipt of your order from the store(s).

Express Delivery: 3 - 7 working days

Standard Delivery: 14 - 21 working days.

 

How often do you send me my Package(s) and Documents?

 

My-tp3 ships items from UK every Friday for standard deliveries. This means that all items delivered to Our UK address by Thursday will be shipped out for onward delivery to Nigeria.

 

I intend to order several items, and I want them all sent together. Can you repackage these items into one box for me?

 

We will always try to consolidate your items into one box unless you instruct us otherwise. This way our customers save money as our shipping rates decrease as the box weight increases, so it is almost always to your benefit to have one large box sent instead of several small boxes.

 

Will My-tp3 forward my package(s) to me when I am travelling?

 

My-tp3 can send your packages to you anywhere in Nigeria. However, the shipping rates are based on the destination state.

 

Will My-tp3 forward my package(s) to another address or another individual with my permission?

 

Most of our customers will also purchase presents and gifts, so with the customers' permission, we will forward our customers' package(s) to another address or other individuals. Some stores do not allow shipment to addresses other than the billing addresses so, in those cases, we will not be able to do that.

 

What is your policy regarding customer privacy and confidentiality?

 

The privacy of our customer is of utmost importance to us. It is our policy never to sell or give away any information about our customers.

Our customers can buy from any retailers or individuals they wish. We developed our stores list page to make it easier for you to shop safe online.

Seen what you want on the Stores List? Go to the "Order Form” page where you can download, fill in and upload the details of your order. If single order, enter your enquiry in the comments section and click on the submit button. See the example below:

Does My-tp3 shipping rates include customs fee, tariffs, or tax?

 

The published shipping rates are for delivery to Nigeria excluding a 10%(UK) and 15%(US) service charge on the total amount of items ordered. There may be additional import fees or duty for merchandise shipments coming into Nigeria. These fees vary and they are not covered by our  rates. Please contact your local customs office for more information on duties or import fees.

 

Can I return Items I do not want anymore after receipt in Nigeria?

 

We will not be able to do returns or cancel orders that are already en-route to Nigeria unless it is a mistake on our part. It is your responsibility to return items to our UK address for us to do a store return if you do not want them after receipt and this must be according to store's return policy.

 

Can I buy items from retailers and wholesalers that are not listed on your stores list?

 

Of course you can buy from any retailers or individuals you wish. We only developed our shopping page to make it easier for you to shop online.

 

I like an item on EBay but many of the sellers won't accept my credit cards or will not send to Nigeria. Can you purchase the item on my behalf?

 

Yes, we can do this for you. We can pay with our company check. We also can use our PayPal account that is accepted by many eBay sellers. We do not however bid on EBAY.

 

Can I pick up my order personally at My-tp3?

 

Yes, customers are welcome to pick up from either of our branch offices in Nigeria or in the UK. We charge a £5.00 pick up fee for the first 10 kg and £1.00 for each kg thereafter. This charge is for pick ups made at our UK branch. Pick ups from Nigeria branches are free if items delivered are collected within a week after order arrival notification to our clients. Demurrage charges will apply thereafter.

 

Which types of merchandise are not allowed into my country?

 

The following list is a sampling of items that are either restricted, cannot be shipped or, may either require an import license, additional documentation and/or cause problems and delays during the customs review of your shipment:

 

  1. Combustible/flammable items (paints, oils, lighters, perfume, nail polish)

  2. Any type of pressurised can (hair spray, shaving cream, spray cans of any type)

  3. Hazardous materials (matches, chemicals, explosives)

  4. Firearms, weaponry and their parts: military, police and tactical equipment of any kind, including guns, gun replicas, gun accessories, gun components (magazines, clips and rail systems), ammunition, knives, swords, compound bows, crossbows, discharge weapons such as shock batons or stun guns, tooling for guns or gun parts, optical scopes, laser sights, night sights, night visions goggles, handcuffs and other restraints, surveillance equipment.

  5. Agricultural products such as tobacco, plants and seeds.

  6. Coffee

  7. Perishable foods

  8. Animals and products made with animal skin (furs)

  9. Alcohol (we can ship table wine in limited quantities to most countries except Muslim countries such as Saudi Arabia)

  10. Cash, currency, money orders, cashiers' checks, bank drafts, bearer bonds and collectible stamps and coins. Jewelry and precious stones are (a) restricted to some countries and (b) can only be insured up to £250 maximum and any shipments of jewelry in excess of £250 carriage limit is uninsured and Member assumes all risk of loss above such limit
